Classes can be held indoor or outside at the participant requests. Additionally, participants can request training style and equipment used based on personal preference. Participants have more influence in session programming in comparison to large group classes with the same fun and challenging atmosphere. Need a HIIT fix?, no prob- book it!

Miss a class?  Need a specific time?  Got a favorite workout? Book a small group.
