Fitness is the Vessel, People are the Purpose

At Mory Fitness Solutions, we live and breathe fitness and have an insatiable desire to share our love of fitness, growth, and discovery with others. Our certified, experienced, and dedicated personal trainers offer a variety of solutions from cross training, one-on-one personal training and small group training. No matter what your goals are, we are here to establish authentic relationships built on camaraderie, healthy competition, commitment to encouragement, and a mutual desire to see others reach and surpass their health and fitness goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Passion

I have an insatiable desire to share my love of fitness, growth, and discovery with others. My passion fuels my day in & day out excitement for training, programming, and serving others. Time and again people tell me that I help them get the best out of themselves. It’s one of the fruits of collaboration, rarely is this obtained alone. Additionally, I would argue that when it is, it’s of limited value.

 

Excellence

Passion alone isn’t enough, I married it to education, reflection, and service to others which produced excellence in everything. I leave no stone unturned when it comes to your workout. I understand its importance to your psychological, emotional, and anatomical health and take that privilege seriously. You will be challenged, you will be held accountable, you will be motivated, you will be engaged.

 

Intentional Variation

The body responds in accordance to its stressors. Specificity in training results in targeted outcomes. Variation in training forces the body to adapt to new stressors, the mind to remain engaged to shifting demands, which produces satisfaction & gratification with a training session. I leverage these responses to maximize benefit for the performer. These are the guideposts of my programming, and take our training through a canon of workout styles (heart-rate, duration, AMRAP, strength, power, interval, balance, coordination, calisthenics, proprioception, WOD, etc.), resulting in a myriad of health and wellness benefits.

 

Bond

Authentic relationships built on camaraderie, healthy competition, a commitment to encouragement, and a mutual desire to see others reach and surpass their health and fitness goals. I’ve met and forged a relationship with some of the most amazing people in my time training. I’ve watched countless acquaintances become incredibly deep friendships, and amazing training accountability partners. There is a sense of belonging that can’t be forced, scripted, or choreographed. Everyone has an incredible respect for one another, if for nothing else, an understanding of their commitment to their health.
