ANYTHING BUT ORDINARY

The body responds in accordance with the stressors placed on it. Specificity in training results in targeted outcomes. Variation in training forces the body to adapt to new stressors. When implemented well, these training modalities challenge the mind to remain engaged in shifting demands and the body to become more efficient in response to stressors. This training approach produces desired anatomical goals( fat loss, muscle growth, improved cardiovascular response,etc.), improves overall health, and secures short and long term workout satisfaction. I leverage these responses to maximize benefit for the performer.

These are the guideposts of my programming and take our training through a canon of workout styles (heart-rate, duration, AMRAP, strength, power, interval, balance, coordination, calisthenics, proprioception, WOD, etc.), resulting in a myriad of health and wellness benefits.
