CROSS TRAINING

Expect a fun and challenging team atmosphere focused on total body training. Training covers a wide spectrum including but not limited to duration, long and short term conditioning, heart rate training, interval training, strength and resistance training, balance and proprioception, muscular fatigue/failure, locomotor, coordination, and calisthenics to name a few. All workouts can be adapted to meet an athlete’s needs regardless of limitations or position on the fitness spectrum.

In our cross training classes you will do things you’ve never done, meet the coolest people in the world, and discover capacity within yourself that isn’t found anywhere else.

Cross training keeps performers engaged, challenged, and coming back for more. Our approach to programming is to maximize benefit for the performer, satisfy day in and day out desires for a “workout-fix”, and be mindful of the demands we’re placing on our bodies out of respect to a sustainable training course.
