CROSS TRAINING
Expect a fun and challenging team atmosphere focused on total body training. Training covers a wide spectrum including but not limited to duration, long and short term conditioning, heart rate training, interval training, strength and resistance training, balance and proprioception, muscular fatigue/failure, locomotor, coordination, and calisthenics to name a few. All workouts can be adapted to meet an athlete’s needs regardless of limitations or position on the fitness spectrum.
