One on One sessions are programmed to target the client’s specific goal or goals. If you’re an athlete wanting to improve performance. If you’re a gym rat who has hit a plateau. If you’re a seasoned exerciser wanting to shake up your routine. If you’re a stranger to exercise with limitations we’ve got you covered! Clients can expect consistent accountability for session attendance, nutrition, and rest. Clients will receive instruction and education on form and technique based on ideal bio mechanics. Clients should expect intentional-challenging programming catered to the demands of the training goal/s.
